Information You Submit
A third-party provider receives the name, phone number, or address entered into a search form and supplies the results. Our servers do not retain a copy of those searches. When you contact us, we receive the contents of that message and use them to respond.
Automatic Technical Data
Normal hosting logs may record an IP address, browser type, viewed pages, and time stamps. We review aggregate information to maintain the service and understand page use. Basic analytics and advertising measurement may also rely on cookies or similar tools.
How the Data Is Used
Data supports site operation, troubleshooting, traffic measurement, and page improvements. We neither sell visitor lists nor create profiles of individual readers.
Privacy on Linked Services
County and state portals, archives, libraries, and outside search providers set their own privacy rules. Those policies govern data entered after you follow a link. Sponsored results are also supplied by an outside company and operate under that provider's terms.
Who Might See Your Data
The service providers that host and support the site process server logs for us. Analytics and advertising partners may receive the automatic data described above. We disclose data when a valid legal process requires it, and not otherwise.
How We Protect Your Data
The site runs over an encrypted connection and logs are kept only as long as the purposes above need them. There are no accounts here, so no password or profile of yours exists on this site to be exposed.
Users Under 18
The site is meant for adults and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18; if you believe a minor has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Your Data Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to inspect, correct, or delete personal data held by a website. The research found no enacted comprehensive Hawaii consumer-privacy law to cite as of August 22, 2026. Because we retain very little, a request normally means checking contact mail and server logs, then deleting what is found where law permits. Use the Contact page to ask. Public records kept by Hawaii or Honolulu agencies remain under each custodian's control, so correction or removal requests for those records must go to that office.
Updates to This Policy
Any change to this policy will be posted on this page. Using the site after a change means you accept the updated version.
